My friend and I went for breakfast and after we ordered coffee and we waited 10 minutes for coffee. When we got it the coffee was cold. It's not the first time we've had to wait for coffee. Won't be going there again!

the food was delicious don't get me wrong, but the service took so long. they also got my order wrong two times. by the time I got my food my family was done eating. the place was loud and stressful. if you're impatient I recommend going somewhere like IHOP.

Do not go here for lunch- will never know about the breakfast because we will never go back. Got there at 2- they close at 2:30. Ordered right away since it was 30 minutes from closing. Food took 25 minutes to come out. How is that possible because the place was empty- My hot sandwich arrived cold and less than warm side order of fries. Sandwich also came out with incorrect bread- they were out of sausage and no tea for refills- the server said someone already threw it out. This place is overrated.I wish there was an option for zero stars. I ordered a simple breakfast it came back not what I ordered. They tried it the second time and the same thing. This time the manager got involved, and comes back the third time even worse. Totally unacceptable need to get some real cooks and pay them top dollar. My server she was sweet and amazing.I don't recommend this place.

I'd like to start off with the fact that I enjoyed going here in the past. The last two times I went here the service was subpar and the food we ordered came out cold. Every employee I interacted with came off miserable. It's unfortunate that I will no longer be coming back here.

Not Happy today, we have been sitting here for 25 minutes and no food! We are here all the time and today, not a good day!! The server Paul is very nice but can not give us an answer when our food is coming out!! The experience was not a very good one after being visited by the manager a few times he just kept saying he was sorry he was sorry he was sorry with no results. First time,last time. How does a breakfast place not have jelly for toast? Was told the manager went to get some, didn't get to see it. I ordered the customer favorite, waffle with fruits. When it arrived after waiting a good bit, it was raw inside. The server took it back and replaced it. Second one was like rubber. The manager,who never came by, took it off the bill. It is so disheartening to spend good money and have it be horrible.

Food was terrible. Eggs on the Benedict were undercooked - whites not even set. The sausage was burned so badly that one side was completely black. Service tried to compensate but also fell flat. Ambiance was a chaotic mess. Avoid.
