Stay away!!!! What a horrible experience. Run to another place, please. The service was bad. The food was awful. And when I spoke to the manager, he offered no help and didn't even apologize. We waited 35 minutes to get a table, which was fine. Then we waited 45 minutes for the food, which was not great. Me and my friend were getting a to go order, no napkins, food was tossed around in the box, and there was a hair on our maple syurp and it definitely wasent any of our hair.
Food and services mediocre nothing special or different than a Dennys . The place looks good and clean
I love kekes but this time made me uncomfortable. The manger on duty on 12/4/22 at 11am who wouldn't give me his name after being so rude to another customer. This place while similar to first watch fails to measure up. Service is abhorrent, food is skimpy, the portions are tight and the prices are too high. Stay away
Disappointing! Bacon, lettuce tomato sandwich on whole wheat bread... when I picked up half, lettuce fell out - it was chunks instead of lettuce leaves. Skimpy bread and sandwich. Bagel restaurants are far superior!
Food is great but I left super disappointed that my bill was rounded up because I paid with cash... no signage, no heads up that they don't have "coins".... Waiter said he's told management about customer complaints but it's still happening.... This is bad business... imagine the hundreds of people daily that don't get their change back... KeeKee's is pocketing some serious change... mine was 62 cents
So I work in the restaurant business and I can not believe what I just dealt with, my husband ordered the Florida pancakes and they were completely raw! I ordered one pancake and eggs and bacon my pancakes were raw and the Bacon was raw. This review is more based on the fact of continuous use of plastic straws. And when I tell them we do not use straws they refuse to remove them from the table. They said that this is a corporate role and it's to let them/management know that somebody has visited the table. I don't understand why the glasses of water and silverware (that will actually be used) isn't a good enough visual for them. Then if you ask for a to go box they give you a plastic bag.
