Hello Yelp I'm leaving a honest review of this establishment and my experience with one server in particular. I have never been to Keke's Before but me and my partner decided that we should go for brunch for our three year anniversary. Waiter was horrendous . Horrible service, my family was disappointed with everything. Never coming back again. Food was nasty pancakes were the size of my house, took a bite and got full. This place is immaculate(terrible).
This place is a disaster. Waited over an hour for our order and it never came. Also saw our waiter exiting bathroom stall and did not wash hands. Disgusting!!!!! Avoid this place.
if I could give it a zero star i would the manager was very unprofessional lobby was dirty he cut me off while I was ordering my food to argue with other customers yelling at them and telling them if they don't like it go some place else. he was being rude to multiple customers a lot of customers turned around and left due to his attitude he needs to go or I would start a boycott against this place unacceptable

Kinda disappointed. Go there for breakfast and when we are ready to order the waiter said there are "no potatoes" available as they"are out" of them but you can substitute tomato slices. Really? 80% of the breakfast menu included potatoes on the side. Tell people when they arrive that this is the case. Train your staff better. Cmon. Also $3.99 for a cup of coffee is not really diner pricing. Go elsewhere.

Keke's is the worst! They always ruin our breakfast. I would recommend First Watch, much better service and healthier food by far.

Hostess has attitude that she cannot seem to hide momentarily to fulfill your dining experience. To describe the employee...she was wearing thick framed black glasses and dark brown hair. After leaving, I asked an employee in a nearby business about their experience at this location and that person replied: "They act stank at Keke's and I don't know why".

WELL THAT SUCKS!!! just completed a meal I picked up after placing an order online and let me explain that the waffles were so cold and hard that they couldn't be cut with a steak knife. The bacon was half cooked. I'm talking raw bacon the French toast was cold the scrambled eggs OMG!! maybe someone back there in the kitchen doesn't know what scrambled eggs looks like but it looked more like a crêpe with cheese on top. First time coming in, I'm back in my hometown for the holidays, my sister brings up we should come here because it's great. I said sure why not. Big mistake. My fiancé orders an Italian Chicken Panini, looked great and my fiancé said it was good. The fries were actually quite exceptional.
