Lousy coffee and cold food . Tried it twice for some reason and will not be back. They seem to do business which I do not understand . The coffee was absolutely dreadful and they proclaimed they grind it themselves
We came here for breakfast years ago and I remember that I had enjoyed their meal. Unfortunately I can't say the same for our recent visit. The place (which is very big) was packed, and there were already several people waiting. Since the estimated wait was around 10-15 minutes, we decided to wait and gave our cell number to the hostess, as they send you a text when it's your turn. In one word...AWFUL. Waited over 30 minutes to be served a Luke warm omelette over cold potatoes. The French toast was more like toast than French. When mentioned to the waitress- she never came back to the table. One and done.
They've messed up my order the past two times, they messed it up again today and when I asked for a refund, the manager told me they don't do refunds. I shouldve kicked some ass
Wow has this breakfast place gone from hot to not. Service used to be excellent as well as the food quality. Now it's just a long wait for over expensive cold food. Not to mention this John character that walks around like he is doing you a favor by dining there! Do yourself a favor and just skip it! Try Morgan's, Moms Kitchen or even ihop for a more enjoyable meal.
I'm very disappointed with the service i had at Kekes. Today we were waiting outside for over an hour and we watched everyone go inside before us. When we went inside to go ask about our wait they said the wifi was down but everyone went inside and got their tables. It was a very unprofessional experience.
Absolutely awful service today. I was picking up an order from online and was stuck waiting for over 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time in a packed waiting area. The whole reason I order online is to avoid crowds and people during this pandemic. When my food finally came there was no apology or explanation. I will not be going back to this location.
I have been to many keke's and this location is absolutely a no-go. We visited this restaurant saturday feb 13th and the service was mediocre. Nobody got their meals at the same time. One meal completely forgotten. Kids fruit side too. We brought this up to our waiter and another waiter attention. They "apologized" and said they would comp the combo meal that was forgotten along with the kids fruit. He also said they would bring it out with to go boxes to take home. Place sucks, long wait time and staff is clueless. Don't eat here. Why anyone would wait to eat here is beyond me.
