The first time I had Keke's was when I lived in Orlando. I saw that they opened one in the Riverview area but had never been able to make it out there. I recently went and can for sure say Keke's is one of my favorite Brunch joints. The food is phenomenal and the service is amazing. I got the waffle meal and it was so airy and delicious. They cook the food to your order so if you like your homestyle potatoes well done all you need to do is ask. I will definitely be back.

Will never return or recommend. I ordered a very simple breakfast. my bacon and home fries were both undercooked and my eggs were way overcooked. I very politely asked for it to be redone as I have worked in the restaurant business myself. The kitchen very obviously just cooked the bacon and potatoes for a few more minutes and returned the original overcooked eggs (now cold as well).

Stood at front hostess stand for 10 minutes. No one came to seat me even though wait staff was close. Never went back.

Although they advertise closing at 2:30, I was refused service when I arrived at 2:05. One server, not the manager (which would have more appropriate) came out and said we were too late. They were cleaning the kitchen, and we were too late for service. No apology, no regrets. Very unprofessional. They have lost my business, even they are very close to my house.

35 minutes after the order was placed to get out Luke warm food. Manager walked around but didn't care to check in with any tables, server only told us her name when it was tip time. This was a Monday, not even busy.

To say we love Keke's is an understatement. Today I ordered breakfast (I do frequently) for my elderly parents from my home in NY. Today they did not put Hollandaise Sauce on the Eggs Benedict... just dry. Door Dash delivered quickly and friendly. When my Mom contacted them their solution was to give her free Grits next time we order. She hates Grits. To say we are disappointed in the customer service is a gross understatement. Keke's- You need to do better!

Having eaten at plenty of Keke's through the years, I found this location the reason why many establishments refuse to allow Gen Z'ers or Millenniums in positions of authority. Going in their with a party of 4 friends for breakfast and as we ordered came to an impasse to confusing for both the waiter and manager on duty. My friends ordered their usual and I ordered mine of the 'Create a Combo' of 1 French toast slice, and 2 sides of bacon, as I'm not someone who eats eggs, grits, hash browns. service average, waiter had correct sandwich kitchen made wrong sandwich, had to wait 10 minutes for correct sandwich which did not have correct sides. not impressed with this Kekes-Riverside.

I'll start with great service, goes downhill from there. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, the server informed me that they were out of buns so substituted what seemed to be stale sourdough. The burger was completely tasteless and cost 14.99 which doesn't include fries which are an up charge. My husband ordered a chicken panini which turned out to be a chicken sandwich on grilled bread. The Diet Coke was flat. Maybe it's just the Riverview location but would not recommend. Try the Scrambled Egg in Fish Hawk instead.
