I went in for breakfast with my family and we ordered and when they brought out the food we were missing a side of bacon. No biggie. the server told me she was going to take the bacon off the bill because it wasn't brought out till we were finished eating breakfast. when they brought out the bill it had the bacon on it and I told the waitress to take it off and she left and the manager Ashley came back and told that she would not take of off because I ate it. Long wait, mediocre food, expensive. I'm not sure why this place is so popular but I wouldn't bother you mostly pay for the ambience. At least our server was nice poor lady looked overworked and underpaid. She kept apologizing for the kitchen being slow, our food came out cold and disgusting.

Items missing from my order: bacon, ciabatta bread. Home fries were great (custom). Not enough cream and sugar in comparison with the size of the coffee.

Don't even consider ordering from this place of you decide to place your order to pick up after 8 am three people calling to place order all of us hung up on after they put us on hold for ten minutes. Then you go to place your to go order in person and they are rude and treat you like your stupid because of the companies issue with hiring enough staff. Absolutely the worst experience. We ordered take out and was told it would be a 15 min wait. After 20 mins we asked where our food was and was told they didn't know but are backed up. Then we started excuses like they are backed up because of Uber. One excuse was they didn't know they didn't know it would be busy. It's Veterans Day and people are off so I'm not buying it. Complete waste of time. This place does not have an operation manager. If you retired and have all day to wait for some damn waffles, this is the place for you. You might as well bring a damn bed and take a nap.

On Sunday I had a to-go order. Let's just say it would have been run smoother if zoo animals were running the front desk. I came in to utter chaos! The patrons knew more of what was happening then the employees! After about 60 seconds everyone staring at each other I went to the desk and said Hi I have a to- go order #273. At 11:00AM on 10/31 we placed an order online for pick-up. We received confirmation of the order and a pick-up time of 11:35. We arrived to pick-up the order at 11:30 to make sure the food did not get cold on the short ride home, so it would be just made. Checked in upon arrival and waited, and waited. At noon we asked where the order was, and were told that "we were on the list, and it would be brought out once ready", so we waited, and waited. We ordered three meals for takeout. The chicken caesar wraps had hardly any chicken. We paid extra for a fruit cup which we didn't get. We paid extra for onion rings and got fries with no notice. No refund for either of the missing items. Such a shame because I want to like this place.
