I'm sitting trapped in the restaurant because the power blinked off for a second over an hour ago while my meal was being prepared and their computers went down. After waiting for over 45 minutes to pay the bill and having given my card to someone to process, I am told that I can either go down the street to an ATM and pay the ATM fee and come back with cash OR continue to wait OR have the unimpressive, unapologetic manager write down my card number and process it later. I ordered lunch here, drove out here to collect my order and apparently someone had already picked up our order, and so not only did we not get our food, but since the kitchen was closed, they weren't able to remake it for us or even give us our money back. Who doesn't check for ID or a receipt to make sure that the person is not stealing from other people? I'm so mad, if this place could get 0 stars, I would give them that.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. NEVER Where to start .... today topped the cake in everything that could go wrong. Ordered coffee and apple juice - coffee was cold and burnt tasting apple juice was sour. Asked for the coffee to be taken off the receipt as I didn't drink it. It wasn't. Placed my food order - eggs were severely over cooked and cold homefries missing. Never got them. I called to make a takeout order and they left me on the phone for ten minutes waiting for somebody to finally answer. When they finally did answer, they said it was a 35-40 minute wait time. Understandable; it was a Sunday morning. I arrived promptly 40 minutes later, I enter the restaurant, and am met with ATTITUDE! I asked if my order was ready, they said "no", with no further detail. Food is always good and consistent. The only issue is the service can be hit and miss. I've had a lot of issues with wrong orders and food being extremely late when ordering to pick up.

Ordered online. While they are very busy they are very unorganized. They handed me my order in confidence that everything was perfect but when I got home I found the entire breakfast to be completely cold, the entire order was wrong except for one item, I live 15 minutes away and when I called they just put me on hold for over 20 minutes and their phones just stopped ringing after that. Very disappointed and I will definitely NOT return to this location or recommend it as my first and only visit was garbage.

Food was fine...but a long wait to get in, and even longer wait to receive food. Overall a 2.5 hour affair. Normally completely unacceptable when you need breakfast and you have cranky kids in tow. Manager was nice enough, but obviously they need some help on efficient operations. Maybe kitchen is short manned? Also a lot of forgetfulness and reminders to bring things. I came, I tried, I won't be back.
