We waited over an hour for our food! Then when the food arrived 2 of our 5 party didn't get their breakfasts. Asked for the manager. She said the kitchen was backed up 25 minutes. She continued to argue with us and told us we didn't have to come back! Terrible customer service!!!

I went to have lunch, but most of the restaurant was closed off. There were probably six tables occupied, yet we still had to wait. Someone mentioned that no servers were available. Is this due to scheduling or staffing issues? Another customer and I ended up walking out. It was very disappointing, and the manager was not very pleasant. Of course, she isn't nice most of the time.

I feel like anytime we get take out we have missing items. No home fries with the omelet we got and the menu said it came with home fries. Food tastes great but service and forgetfulness makes our experience at this location below satisfactory.

If you want to wait well over an hour for a very marginal breakfast that wasn't even properly made to order, with a staff that couldn't care less, KeKe's is the place to go. If you want great food and decent service, don't even bother.

Was reading reviews and decided to try. I'm from Atlanta so Chicken and Waffles are a big thing. First of all the chicken tenders were like the cheap chicken you buy in a bag and pre heat for children. And the waffle was extra hard. I didn't even eat any of it because it just turned me off. I won't be back. Not my cup of tea but the tea was perfect because it's nothing to a bag of tea with some honey.
I used to love going to Keke's in Lutz, but not this morning. I asked for hot tea and the water wasn't even lukewarm, the tea bag would not even brew. They quickly brought me another cup of hot water. The omelet was good but warm not hot. I have to admit the service was good but the food has certainly gone downhill. I was afraid this would happen after the sale to Denny's.
It was absolutely awful... and so expensive. Two of our meals had hair in them. The side salad came after the meal & it was literally just a bed of iceberg lettuce and nothing else. I was told you have to ask if you want anything else on your salad. I asked for no mayo on my sandwich and I added an egg to my sandwich. My sandwich came out with mayo and then the egg came out later, on a separate plate. My sons burger was so greasy that the bun was completely soggy. This was our absolute favorite breakfast spot when it opened, BUT our last two visits have been awful. The food was cold and generally tasteless (no, I don't have covid). The staff remains wonderful, but management needs to kick the kitchen back into gear or many of those 4-5 ratings will go away. Please fix this breakfast/lunch spot immediately!
I found a hair on the side of my plate. Told my waiter, he took the plate to the back. When he came back he didn't mention anything. I had to ask him if he spoke to the manager. He said he didn't know how it happened their hair is in a net and left it like that. The reason I got upset as I spent good money, who wants hair in their food. The manager could have shown some respect and at least apologized!
