I found a hair on the side of my plate. Told my waiter, he took the plate to the back. When he came back he didn't mention anything. I had to ask him if he spoke to the manager. He said he didn't know how it happened their hair is in a net and left it like that. The reason I got upset as I spent good money, who wants hair in their food. The manager could have shown some respect and at least apologized!

Expensive and food that is not served hot. This is a breakfast place that doesn't serve biscuits??? Wow. Service with an attitude and a mindless hostess. We will never return.

Was not impressed with the food. The staff was over booked and they were doing their best but it took over 15 minutes for the waters. We came here specifically to get some healthier food before the gym. Once we got the food, it looked great but was oozing with oil and butter. We both got the healthy options, all egg whites, Greek omelet and egg white vegetable wrap. Our plates were pools of oil by the end. I ordered a classic Eggs Benedict to go. When I arrived home, I found the hollandaise sauce missing from the order. The sauce is pretty much the centerpiece of this dish so I drove back to request my money back. After handing the front end supervisor my receipt and the incomplete order, they went back to discuss the manner with some of the kitchen staff. This restaurant makes it impossible to order a tradition breakfast without an up charge. The egg breakfasts don't include meat. The combos require you to include a waffle, pancake or French toast Impossible to order eggs, bacon & fruit without it costing way too much! Forget about trying to order eggs, bacon, fruit & toast without ordering a la carte. The fruit is good but I'd take less for a reasonably priced breakfast.

I've been to this restaurant at least 15 times, but unless I have to be there with friends again I won't be back. The food is decent and the staff friendly enough, but I'm done getting gouged. This last time I told the waitress I wanted just the basic two eggs and bacon and asked if I could get fruit instead of home fries. She said I could. I ordered twice from this Keke's and both times they messed up my order. This time my eggs were not fully cooked. It is supposed to come with home fries and they gave me bacon,cold btw, and the bread was soggy because they put it with the eggs and of course because the eggs were not cooked it was very runny. Crap food quality!

I eat at this restaurant weekly but today I decided to grab breakfast to go and I wasn't happy with it. I ordered an apple cinnamon waffle with a Philly omelet normally it is good but It wasn't this time around. The waffle was cold, the omelet was okay. For 24 dollars I would expect the same quality as if I was dining in.

Stopped in for breakfast - food was good. Service was great. Just one concern with an obviously used teaspoon served in my iced tea. Waitress was apologetic and replaced drink. BUT... how does this happen???
