Went for breakfast and was told there was a 30 minute wait. After waiting almost an hour we asked how much longer and they said they're no longer taking tables because they have 180 to go orders. Complete waste of time. Why are they continuing to take take out orders if they can't take care of the customers that have been waiting? Obviously the manager is useless.
We had breakfast here and my friend did not want jalapenos with her dish so I said I would take them. Well they decided to charge me for that and did not inform me in advance. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. Better than the awful Breakfast station but not as good as Brunchies nearby. Breakfast station uses some sort of fake butter and it is dreadful.
Terrible customer service. All I wanted was a gift card for the holidays. Went in to the counter and was told only a manager could ring up gift cards and that they would go get them. They said he would be a moment and then I waited 10 minutes. I asked the hostess to go ask for him again and she said he was just finishing up with a cook and would be up in a minute. Raw potatoes, undercooked poached egg, and lackluster customer service! Went there after golf with my dad at 1:30 pm on 11/8. The location looked clean, and the lunch crowd looked to be thinning out. Noticed several servers working, and the manager walking around to tables. Ordered 2 egg combo add bacon, as well as the Eggs Benedict... both with home fries. Food came out timely. TERRIBLE service. Had to wait an HOUR to be seated when told 20 mins. Larger groups began to be seated that got here after us. Definitely won't be eating here again. -a very saddened and hungry customer
I was really not impressed with this place. It's sad because I wanted to love it. Everyone has spoke so highly of it, but they messed my friends plate up 2 times, therefore she had to eat alone (or my food would have been cold) Didn't care for the French toast, thought it was bland.
Very upscale breakfast establishment. Been to other locations and they are always fantastic BUT the one in Lutz off 56, I had a few hairs in my omelette. Rather than apologize and get some manager involvement I was just ignored by the server. Then I was presented the bill for full price on an omelette that I hardly touched. Very poor customer engagement in my opinion to make something right. Won't be going back to this location ever again.
I've been meaning to come here for a while now, but kinda wish I hadn't. Everything was very underwhelming from walking in the door. The coffee was very watery and flavorless and I was not offered the flavored creamer like I saw on other tables (just tossed a bowl of regular half and half). We came here for a quick bite to eat and were both pretty disappointed. I ordered a BLT with sweet potato fries. My husband ordered the stuffed banana walnut caramel French toast with bacon and eggs. My BLT was just okay. It had a ton of mayo and little bacon. My husband's French toast was very cold so we had to send it back. Our silverware was also dirty.
