RecommendedI love Keke's, the food was amazing and my waiter was awesome!
My Husband and I attempted to have breakfast at Keke’s this morning. When we arrived it wasn’t crowded at all and we were seated right away. However after sitting for over 10 min and seeing two other parties seated after us and being approached by a server for their drink order we decided to leave. Not one server stopped by our table to say hello or acknowledge our presence.
needs to relearn how to make hollandaise sauce. definitely not worth the price they charge.
Waitress was on top of us Chatty Cathy but less concerned about our food. Waited 25 minutes for cold scrabbled eggs cold turkey sausage and tasteless tomatoes. Which they tried to deliver to another table. Not worth dining out for this meal. Place was only 20% full would have expected better.
My husband & I went in. We sat down, no one came to take our order so I went & told them we were in a rush ,we needed to order Right away . Some other girl came & took our drink order. Waited even longer. I asked again about where our server was . The girl said she’s coming with your drinks! Then the other girl came out with the drinks after she said that our server was coming . Coffee is horrible. Very light, taste like water and sugar
RecommendedMy server was a bit slack, not at all the service I'm used to receiving when going there. I noticed the other 3 tables he worked around me had his attention. I was a bit annoyed. I heard him say he was a college student so I didn't withhold his tip like i would normally do for lack luster service. However, if it happens again, I will call him out on it. Food was excellent though.
Waitress was very unattentive. I had to ask for some of my food as they forgot to bring it and the Waitress never checked with us after the kitchen help brought our food. She never took our dirty dishes away after we finished. Service and the food at the Longeood location is usually spot on, but NOT this time ...
