A couple of weeks I went for breakfast and the sausages were miserable, you can buy better in Publix, the Orange juice was sour and tasteless but the pancake was delicious. So Today I asked for two pancakes and a coke, the coke was good but the pancakes were under-cooked or over-cooked, they were so hard to cut that I have to use fork and knife like cutting an steak, they were puffy but to hard to eat; What a disappointment, The only reason to go to KeKe's was the pancakes and were a complete disappointment, So never back to... read more
If I could give zero stars I would! The policy on seating parties with all parties present at the time of arrival is insulting!! The food is always amazing but please hire new hostess they were absolutely rude I am floored about the experience I just had!!
I was there with my special needs daughter and had to spend most of our time in the rest room take care of her special needs medical procedure And then went back to our table as we was told we need to hurry and eat out food , because they needed our table , , is this a law suit ???
My food was cold and when it came back out the bacon was still cold and the manager never even came by. Very disappointed especially since it still cost over 30 for 2 people.
The food is great and the service is wonderful but your policy of not seating partial parties is ridiculous. We waited *twice* for a table because our kids were 5 minutes behind us. When I asked what the reason was, the hostess passed the buck pointing to a sign and saying only "Sorry, Corporate." In particular, this policy is unfair to guests who are elderly or have small children. Despite coming here several times per year in the past, we won't be back. Yours is not the only breakfast in town.
