The one in Coral Springs at least which now I know there are severals. The service is superb although I didn't get to see who the manager was. I had my kid with me and I told them I didn't want fries with his omelet and they told it comes with the order so he didnt touch them. The burger was nasty- a patty from a frozen something NOT GRILLED but cooked?? It was still cold in the middle and no color at all-- he didn't eat it. Aug 14, 2021 - this KeKe's location lost 2 good customers today. My friend and I have been coming to this location for breakfast monthly for almost 2 years and had no complaints until today. The service and manager, Andres, were terrible! First, they wouldn't seat us until we were together. As soon as we finished and they cleared plates, the manager, Andres circled the table a few times and then sent the server to tell us if we wanted to stay any longer, we would have to move to another table. Very disappointed. Ordered 2 eggs benedict to go. Got home. No hollandaise sauce for both .
Second time coming to this location and won't be coming back. The food is great but unfortunately I got the same server both times and she completely lacks customer service. The server name on the receipt is Yudieski... very aggressive, very impatient, not attentive, just seemed like she could care less to be there both times.
Me and my family came here for brunch this morning, the food was good, however the service was an issue. Our waiter talked very low and we could not understand him, he did not offer any refills and only came to check on us once. Our total was $52 and my aunt gave $60 cash. I've been to several kekes location and have enjoyed all of them. This one(located in longwood/Altamonte springs) was horrible. First it took 5 mins just to get greeted. It was 8:30 a.m. The service was very good and food great only problem was the manager (Mary). One of the rudest person I ever meet. A piss poor attitude toward me the customer. Today I visited one of your locations on Altamonte Springs,Florida. The food was great but I will NEVER return here or any of your other locations. One of the managers you employ (Mari or Maria) literally yelled at the employees and called them useless. I am not sure why a place like will even tolerate a person like this to manage there establishment. Please teach that lady some manners because clearly she has poor management skills. I have heard great things about this cafe. I visited for the first time yesterday we placed an order while waiting for 2 sandwiches the waitress was speaking rudely in Spanish about taking our order less than a foot away to friend in the booth across from us. I speak Spanish I do not know if she thought we were non Spanish speakers but it was completely rude I wouldn't visit again. I was hoping for a great experience but left disappointed.
This place is a joke! I've been sitting here forever, watching 2 or 3 other tables get served their food before us, they got seated after us. I asked the server what the hell is going on with our food, he said he for got to put our order in. Then he says we are a priority now. REALLY?!?! WTF?!?! I've been to the Keke's in Winter Park and never had a problem, don't go to the Keke's in Altamonte. I am asking for a manager!
