After all of the rave reviews that I have read for this place, my experience was poor. My wife ordered eggs benedict with home fries and I ordered the cheesesteak omelet with home fries. Both of our home fries were WAY undercooked. Potatoes were still crunchy undercooked! We sent them back. After a few minutes we were told the whole batch was undercooked and we would have to wait 10 mins. 15 minutes later, we received replacement potatoes but these were undercooked as well. This is a very disappointing review that I'm writing. First, we were told 10 minute wait time. We were seated rather quickly. The restaurant was busy but not too busy. The waitress was very nice and polite. Our order was taken quickly too. I ordered make my own combo 2 French toast eggs and bacon. He order a fried chicken salad. Here's where it went down hill. If you like your eggs and home fries the same temp as your orange juice this is the place for you. If you've always wanted for your food to arrive before your silverware you have to check this place out!

When we came in most sets were opened but it took us like 5 minutes to get seated. The servers were really nice but it took a while for our food to come out and it over all wasn't good. Also, it took us a very long time to get the check.

We were fairly excited to go get some breakfast from a place that we didn't need to travel far to eat at. I can honestly say that for the price I would expect better service and food. I got some chocolate waffles with a bagel and sausages, while my girlfriend got French toast with grits and sausages. The waffles and French toast were overpowered by their toppings, the sausages were iffy, and the grits were really bland.

All of our food came out cold, the waiters and waitresses were hovering around the table at the front talking very loudly amongst thiselves, my waitress never came back until it was time for my check, and don't get me started on artwork, artwork looked like my 5th grade classroom, ambience 0/10 service 1/10 food 3.5/10.

Let's get started on the nightmare that this restaurant is, i arrived to the store on a Tuesday thinking I would be able to enjoy a nice breakfast. Nope, food took almost an hour to come out, when it did the food was cold and my grits were hard as a rock, spoke to the manager Andre, who should really consider his profession... Andre was very stuck up and frankly classist the way he talked to me. Would never recommend this Keke's, go to the one on Atlantic blvd, and for what's it's worth STAY AWAY FROM ANDRE!

Never have I experienced poor service at KeKe's until today. I arrived like 1:40pm, and they close at 2:30pm. I'm guessing closing protocol interfered with my servers attitude because Michael was clearly agitated and rude. Little did l know he was my server considering he'd attended to the older woman across from me twice without even a salutation acknowledging I'd been seated at his assigned table. If I could leave zero stars I would. We waited over an hour for pancakes, omelettes, bacon, and grits. When the server was asked about the status of the food, he stated that he was waiting on it. Again, we had been waiting over an hour. The waiter was no help at all.
