Today we were starving and decided to order Keke's take out. I went and ordered online, and was advised that our order would be ready by 11:35 the latest. Upon arrival checked in at the hostess desk, and was advised that my order would be ready in ten minutes. During the ten minute wait, I asked for a to go cup of OJ and offered to pay in cash. I'm not sure how this place stays crowded. We went on a Sunday and it was fairly busy. Got our drinks and there was a bit of a wait for the food but the beverages were ok, slightly overpriced but fine. Then the food arrived and we were immediately disappointed. First, the delivering server basically slammed them onto the table. My friend's daughter got the kids mac n cheese and some fries. Our food took so long that we had to leave (over an hour) without getting to eat. It was HOT in there, they need to turn the AC up. All we had was 2 hot chocolates and they still charged us for them, you think they would have taken care of that.

First time going there since going to the one in Orlando in 2015. We will not be back. Our food came out cold. Fries had zero seasoning and tasted like cold potato. One entree got kettle chips. Literally not one whole chip, all crumbs. Our serving was great and keep apologizing. But our cheesesteak paninis we room temperature. Get this, the place was busy , so everything should have been hot and fresh. Paid $40 for a places that's worse then Dennys. Go to Metro Diner or Beach Diner if you want good breakfast/Brunch.

Waited 30 minutes for food. Never got the entrees together so we did not get to eat together. One entree was a combo w option of adding a fruit salad. Waitress never stated fruit cup would be full price of $7.99. Poached eggs were full of butter.

Horrible! Waited 20 minutes for waffles, it came cold with pecans sprinkled on top...and cold butter. Josh was the waiter he's very slow and took forever to get to us. Eventually left because remaking the food was taking even longer! Just horrible.

Can't speak to the food as we never got any. On a Thursday morning at 10am, we were told the wait would be 25 minutes, which was pretty accurate, even with over half of the tables empty and clean. When we got a table the waiter said we should know that food was taking 40 minutes or more. So, we left and went to Metro Diner. No wait, good service and food. Will never try Keke's again.

The food is ok, pretty average breakfast food but every time I've ever been here it takes like an hour to cook eggs and I just find that kind of upsetting. There's usually lots of young kids here so if your looking for a quick bite without screaming babies this isn't the place to come, I understand this is not the restaurants fault but every time I've been here I've unfortunately been overall underwhelmed and disappointed.

Ordered an online order today that went horribly. Not only was our food completely wrong and half of the order was missing, the employees and manager seemed to not care. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for the manager and had to go back to the location just to speak with him and get a refund. My last experience with this location went just as bad and I thought to give them another chance, but this just seems to be a trend here.
