Never have I experienced poor service at KeKe's until today. I arrived like 1:40pm, and they close at 2:30pm. I'm guessing closing protocol interfered with my servers attitude because Michael was clearly agitated and rude. Little did l know he was my server considering he'd attended to the older woman across from me twice without even a salutation acknowledging I'd been seated at his assigned table. If I could leave zero stars I would. We waited over an hour for pancakes, omelettes, bacon, and grits. When the server was asked about the status of the food, he stated that he was waiting on it. Again, we had been waiting over an hour. The waiter was no help at all. The manager also commented to another guest in our party that several customers walked out the restaurant due to unsatisfactory service. Also, our food was between cold and lukewarm at best. This is ridiculous and we are not the only ones that think so. 7 people in our party, they only brought out food for half the party, people missing parts of their food. No syrup brought to the table so the pancakes got cold. My French toast was hard, again no syrup. Waitress was rude when they brought out cold food. Other people at other tables were so fed up they have walked out. I told the manager, this if unacceptable. They didn't have the fryers available, the service was slow and the food was not of good quality. I ordered a kids hamburger meal and the waiter charged me for an adult combo order. I paid in full but unfortunately I won't be visiting them again.

Currently still here at Keke's. The table was ready at 12:12pm and we are still waiting for half of our party's food (it is 1:30pm). They ordered sandwiches and a waffle. It should not take an hour to make sandwiches or throw some tenders over a waffle. We brought our family since we were in the area and they never had Keke's before. We were hyping it up because the one in Orlando is spectacular but it was honestly very disappointing. At least the food was good. Cold potatoes and an uncooked poached egg. Service was uninterested. Nice granite table

Food is average , wait for seating and then for food is terrible. I'd go somewhere else. You will get filled up on drinks before your food gets there. 2 hours from the moment I got here, still No food

Visiting from out of the area and thought I would try this place before heading back home and needless to say there's a reason for the low reviews. The food was cold upon delivery. The mimosa was the only thing good. Never again. I should've went to BB's instead.

My parents were so excited to take us to this place. RAVED about this place after going to the Orlando one. First thing we were encountered with was a 30 minute wait time and the restaurant was empty followed by that we were greeted with they had no food no pancakes no turkey bacon no orange juice no apple juice no simple grits no hot chocolate no hot syrup no ginger ale.
