I hate to be writing this review but this was the worst dining experience I've ever had! I'm a huge Keke's fan and was super excited to have one in the area. I visited on Easter and what a disaster. We waited 40 minutes to be seated (as expected), ordered immediately afterwards and proceeded to wait another 40 minutes for our food. The worst part was the service. I would not recommend KeKe's cafe. I had scrambled eggs, raisin toast and turkey bacon. Everything was cold. I asked for salsa and they brought a little plastic cup like you put ketchup in at Wendy's. They charged me 50 cents for it. My husband had scrambled eggs. Real bacon and pancakes. His food was also cold. His pancakes did have lots of strawberries and banana slices on it.

We waited 25 minutes for a table which was fine, we wait 10 minutes for server to ask about drinks we said water and we are ready to order. We waited after ordering 46 minutes and still have not received our food. There were 6 tables of customer that got up and left and they were all seated be us. So we told our server we were leaving and she said she understood and she was sorry. I would have liked to taste the food this was or first and last time there.

Do NOT try this place. You will be disappointed! We won't be back! Waited for over an hour. We extended a lot of grace just in the wait alone. It took over an hour to get our food that should have only taken 10 -15 min to prepare. We called the manager to lodge a complaint and he gave a bunch of excuses and said he would take something off our meal. Our food came out and it was only average in taste at best. We were a table of nine that came in on Sunday brunch. I asked them can you handle us and she said no problem we could seat you in 20 minutes. We proceeded to wait an hour to be seated. Then we ordered and proceeded to wait another 40 minutes for the food which was not brought all together. This is a new restaurant. Seems to be part of a chain. Went there first and last time on Sunday 3-30-2025. Service was very slow although they had over a dozen people wandering around doing nothing. Menu was loaded was carbohydrate bombs, but lacked variety in homestyle egg entries. I would have liked to order 2 eggs scrambled with sausage patties and toast. Very very slow service. Also no auger or creamer on the tables. They need to hire more experienced servers and speed up the output of the food. Took 40 minutes to get the food on the table...

Always happy to see a new place open. Hostess was telling everyone it was a 20 minute wait. We waited 50 minutes. Our waitress got our drinks right away. But it took 25 minutes for our food. Eggs and pancakes. Sadly we won't be back.
