2 - 2 1/2 stars. What does it say when a breakfast/brunch/lunch restaurant (as advertised on their wall) only has 8 tables occupied on a Friday at 12:15 pm out of at least 20 tables? It says, "I'm a franchise and Keke's was bought by Denny's (!) in 2022." (Google it) You get the picture. You know how you eat food even though it's just OK but you're paying money for it so you feel you have to eat it? That was us at Keke's! First off, my coffee was cold. I walked in trying to place a to go order and all the staff just looked at me and no one came to take my order I sat there for a good while. Very disappointed in the service of the staff.

I am not sure if i am going to these places by myself but this time I went to have breakfast here with my colleagues. The service was below par with literally no coffee refills unless asked more than three times. Food came all cold which was topped with a good long hair. I don't know how these places really last longer than a year . This one was by far the worst of the worst.

Wanted to try out the place because it's nearby and was craving brunch. We ordered our food (egg and cheese sandwich, French toast, and burger) it took a total of one hr to receive our food after ordering. They forgot the sandwich and had to bring that an additional 10 min later. The nearby tables were waiting on their food forever as well. They also forgot a kids pancakes and by the time he got his food his family was done eating. Went to keke's for the first and last time today. Our server was new and he was attentive and friendly - that's what the 2 stars are for. When we checked in, the employees had a real tough time finding us a table in an essentially empty restaurant. Sat for 5 minutes waiting while they tried to figure that out. We waited 40 minutes for our order. That is not a huge deal if our food didn't come out cold. So sad that this place was such a disappointment! Had great potential

I'm not one to complain but my goodness. We wanted to try this place but didn't even get our food before we left. We waited 40 minutes to get a table then after we got our drinks and order put we didn't see our waiter after that. She came back after 45 minutes telling us there was still 5 tables in front of us to have their food cooked and that it would be awhile so we left. Waited 30 mins to be seated and waited 39 mins inside to be told 5 tables were still ahead of us before our food will be made. We left without eating.

Food was great-when we got it after an hour and 15 min of waiting. Nick was great-new server. Felt sorry for him as kitchen was very behind. He did his best-not once did a a manager come over to apologize for the wait. Nick was going to try and give us a discount but mgr didn't. Super disappointing. Will not be back.

No. Just no! Don't waste your hard-earned money here. It has low ratings for a reason, and we should have checked before going. The food was terrible, and the only coffee they serve is plain black coffee--which is disappointing for a breakfast café. The toast tasted microwaved, and the bacon was rubbery, probably microwaved as well.
