I'm not one to complain but my goodness. We wanted to try this place but didn't even get our food before we left. We waited 40 minutes to get a table then after we got our drinks and order put we didn't see our waiter after that. She came back after 45 minutes telling us there was still 5 tables in front of us to have their food cooked and that it would be awhile so we left. Waited 30 mins to be seated and waited 39 mins inside to be told 5 tables were still ahead of us before our food will be made. We left without eating.

Food was great-when we got it after an hour and 15 min of waiting. Nick was great-new server. Felt sorry for him as kitchen was very behind. He did his best-not once did a a manager come over to apologize for the wait. Nick was going to try and give us a discount but mgr didn't. Super disappointing. Will not be back.

No. Just no! Don't waste your hard-earned money here. It has low ratings for a reason, and we should have checked before going. The food was terrible, and the only coffee they serve is plain black coffee--which is disappointing for a breakfast café. The toast tasted microwaved, and the bacon was rubbery, probably microwaved as well.

No. Just no!! Don't go here & spend your hard earned money. It has low ratings for a reason & we should have looked it up before we went. Food was bad & all they have is black coffee for a breakfast cafe. Toast was microwaved & bacon tased like plastic, probably microwaved as well.

We went to the McKinney location and got a to go order. Our order was incorrect and the potatoes were burnt. Won't go back there.

Bye bye Keke's. You won't be seeing us again. Been twice. The first time was pleasant but not enough to overcome the absolute abysmal service we received today. We were sat down and asked what we wanted to drink. 15 minutes later, we had water and not so great coffee. Placed our order, never saw our waitress again. Not to check on us or tell us about our food. Saw her walk around the restaurant several times without making contact with anyone. Our food came towards our table 30 minutes later by another server. Don't waste your time. We had to ask twice for silverware, placed our simple order for bowls and sat there for over 40 minutes with no food! The guests to either side of us had very similar experiences and left before the food was delivered to the table. This is the last time we will visit this establishment. Its not worth the time or frustration. Even the manager had a bad attitude when guests were experiencing issues. We could've waited at Jam-n-toast and received great customer service and food! Never again Keke!

Same experience as most. Friendly staff. Food is ok but a little overpriced. The wait times are ridiculous. They need to double the amount of staff. Takes forever to get seated. Once seated it takes forever for someone to help you. Takes forever to get drinks. Takes forever to order food. Takes to get food. We never saw our waitress after we got our food which was crazy because we were in a busy section. Finally we had to ask another waitress to find our waitress to get the check.
