Mother's Day breakfast. Slow slow slow service. Lack luster food Got French toast - blah, cold potatoes. Coffee was the best part.

Memorial day 2025. Holiday for many, you expect a wait, understandable. But your restaurant was understaffed, poor communication. This place has had its challenges since they opened. Won't be going back to this place.

Tried Keke's for the first time. It's new so I'd give them some grace on time. The good is the ambience is nice. New clean modern. The staff and service were friendly. However the service was slow. I ordered decaf coffee. It took 15 minutes and was weak. The scrambled egg whites with Turkey sausage. The sausage was cold. The eggs were hot but drowned in some kind of oil and had a funny taste. Overall, it was a miss for us all around and we will not be back. First, my son ordered chocolate milk and they brought hot chocolate. Waitress did not offer to fix it (just shrugged and said she misheard) so we just dealt with it and he drank it. Next, A manager came around while we waited for food and offered to get my husband a drink refill. He never returned with the refill. This restaurant has untapped potential. Great location and ambiance. The music could be better. The servers are very nice but the service is very slow. The food doesn't stand out at all. The coffee was the greatest part of our meal. I was a little disappointed.
The place is new and is designed nice but our experience was horrible. We are use to waiting to be seated being from north Dallas on the weekend we all no how that is and we don't mind waiting, during the 30 minutes waiting to be seated I asked to use there washroom and noticed at least 10 tables empty and clean but had 10-15 people waiting to be seated ahead of us I should have noticed that red flag we ordered pretty quickly but waited 45 minutes and decided to walk out. It's unfortunate. The food was good, but if you're going to serve refrigerated syrup and then refuse to warm any up because you "aren't allowed to" you're probably not gonna be around very long. That's some prime real estate, so I hope you figure it out.
Order was wrong which isn't a big deal but for the prices, we did not think the food was worth it. The waffle was extremely dry and the bacon in the burrito was raw (I asked several times for extra crispy). Unfortunately prob won't go back.
Disappointing. I ordered the Eggs Benedict. Took a long time, and came out cold. There was hardly any hollandaise sauce at all, and the egg was hard. Besides that, the ham was inedible because it tasted really old. The servers were very attentive and nice, but that didn't make up for the sub-par food. The prices were way too high. Simple breakfast for two came to just under $50 with tip. Too much!
