No. Just no!! Don't go here & spend your hard earned money. It has low ratings for a reason & we should have looked it up before we went. Food was bad & all they have is black coffee for a breakfast cafe. Toast was microwaved & bacon tased like plastic, probably microwaved as well.

We went to the McKinney location and got a to go order. Our order was incorrect and the potatoes were burnt. Won't go back there.

Bye bye Keke's. You won't be seeing us again. Been twice. The first time was pleasant but not enough to overcome the absolute abysmal service we received today. Don't waste your time. We had to ask twice for silverware, placed our simple order for bowls and sat there for over 40 minutes with no food! The guests to either side of us had very similar experiences and left before the food was delivered to the table. This is the last time we will visit this establishment. Its not worth the time or frustration. Even the manager had a bad attitude when guests were experiencing issues. We could've waited at Jam-n-toast and received great customer service and food! Never again Keke!

Same experience as most. Friendly staff. Food is ok but a little overpriced. The wait times are ridiculous. They need to double the amount of staff. Takes forever to get seated. Once seated it takes forever for someone to help you. Takes forever to get drinks. Takes forever to order food. Takes to get food. This was our first time here and the last. Polite waitress, we ordered, eggs Benedict and a sandwich. It was 1:30 in a Saturday. After 35 minutes the waitress brought out the Eggs Benedict. The eggs were not done, when the waitress came back she said she knew because they jiggled so much while she was walking them out. She removed them and said the cook had already started a new batch. Tell me you're corporate-owned without telling me. We gave Keke's a shot since they just opened nearby. The location's great, the place looks cute, and it was busy; all signs that things should go well. But they didn't. Against my wife's better judgment, we waited 40 minutes to be seated. We went there today a party of 6, Father's Day morning. We were seated and never served. We had a 5-6 different waitress walk past us and even stopped at the table behind us and never came to our table. There was even one waitress who kept coming back to the area we were seated in to come get on her phone. After 10 minutes we got up and left. They even told us thank you for coming and have a nice day . We told the manager but nothing was resolved to correct the issue.
