Service is unsurpassed; however, the food has went downhill. Some of the new items on menu are not good - the IA Pork Chop for example. I can't count how many times they are out of baked potatoes and some of their steaks could be better cuts of meat for the price. This place could be awesome if they would listen to feedback. Also, Ryan is by far the best waiter you'll ever meet anywhere. He simply provides consistent outstanding service every time.

Excellent meal and service. I cannot recall our servers name but she was amazing! We sat near the bar on Friday evening and so wanted to remember her name to compliment her! Thumbs up for an amazing experience at Kellers American Grill!
Lobster was very good, either the waiter should know where the lobster is from or the menu should indicate it

Our food was outstanding, as usual. Our server was extremely attentive. She provided everything we requested and was prompt with service.
We love Keller’s. Ryan is the best!!! Makes us feel like we are family. No where else we eat when we are down there.
I think being labeled as fine dining was a stretch. Had I been looking for dinner after we had been in the casino I would have a different opinion. Service was excellent, but my potatoes and veggies were ice cold and even when I got them replaced they were cold. My steak was cooked perfectly cooked, but also cold. My husband said his burger was overcooked, but tasty.

New Year’s Eve Celebration — Allison was an excellent server - very attentive. Double cut pork chops, Brussel sprouts, loaded potato with wedge salad were delicious! Topped off a great meal with my favorite after dinner drink — “Nutty Italian” — a wonderful way to bring in the New Year!!

Service was wonderful, food was outstanding. Our server was attentive, but not overly so, which we appreciated. The food came out at just the right times so we wouldn't feel rushed, but we didn't have to wait. Wonderful experience.
