On Sat. Aug.3, 2019 we used the Open Table Reservation option at Keller's Grill to avoid any long waiting period to be seated. We highly suggest this so you can avoid standing in a long line during their busiest hours. We were seated immediately even though the restaurant was extremely busy. My family has dined at Keller's American Grill several times. It is a must do when we stay at the Isle Casino in Bettendorf. The food has always been outstanding. My husband loved his BBQ ribs, I enjoyed my seared salmon that was prepared perfectly. My parents steaks were cooked to perfection. Every server we've had had been knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a great bar area with large tv screens to catch the latest sports games. I highly recommend this place.

The food was awesome, service was great, until we were ready to leave and had a portabella fry that we wanted to take with. The waitress brought the box over and grabbed the portabella fry with her fingers! I am a freak about germs, so that part was a little hard to take!!

The steaks were not as good as when it used to be Farradays - For the price we expected more quality food. Server was very good just thought the food was average for the price.

This was our 5th time here and was truly disappointed by the management and their staffing. There was a convention at the hotel with Hudson vehicles, and staffing at both restaurants were major understaffed. While food was still good and friendly servers, just way too stretched out with too many guests and not enough staff.

Took too long to take our order. Wait staff was pleasant, just not well organized. Took 20 minutes to get a glass of water. Food was good.

Appetizers and service were outstanding; however, the burgers we're dry and unimpressive. This place is a few changes away from being spectacular.

Excellent dinner!
Very much enjoyed a delicious dinner including the steak trio with a wedge salad and roasted cheesy cauliflower! Service by Andrea was great!
