Waited an extremely long time just for our water and menus, and even longer time for our drinks. Luckily we were very patient and not in a rush, any other time I would’ve walked out. We were early enough that it was not busy at all, yet the service was EXTREMELY slow. The pasta entrees were good but the salmon and the prime rib might as well been microwaved tv dinners. Not good at all. I guess the only way I’d come back would be strictly for the pasta…but unlikely.

we have dined there twice.... both times the service was terrible. the selections lacking and the food blah.... the cost was high....the waitress barely knew we were there.... and the main course came to the table before we were half way done with our salad.

The meat was not cooked on both dinners, the way we wanted it! The waitress a banded us. Didn't check on how the food was and had to hunt her down to pay the bill. I think they should write down your order, maybe then the meat on both dinners would have been correct.

The food was below average I had the “famous” coconut shrimp and it was by far the worst shrimp I ever had the potato wedges were greasy and nasty the salmon was just average. So disappointing!! when I left I went to Culver’s for a kids meal

My fillet was burned and over done. The "loaded" potatoe was loaded most with sour cream, with only a tiny bit of unmelted cheese and green onions. The waitress tried hard, but kept making mistakes--including serving food with gluten to my companion, when we had asked for gluten free meals. The place was dark and depressing. Would not go back.

Service at Keller’in my experience is one of the worst in the qc food is ok they need to get back to the standards they had when it was farraday’s

Good service poor food. Nice place, nice atmosphere but the food was flavorless. Shouldn't have to use half the salt and pepper shaker to be able to eat part of my food.

Went to Keller's to have a nice quite dinner for our anniversary. We made a reservation and were seated in the bar. Server brought our check and we were not even finished with our dinner. We let the server know we would like dessert. We were not looking for a fast food type of meal.

Well below average steak, tough and had no seasoning/flavors, for $40. Service was slow and the restaurant was not very busy.
