This place was absolutely amazing. I loved the choices and the hostess was great. The food was so delicious and fresh. This was my first time eating lobster and I was not disappointed. Different flavors took over my taste buds and I was ecstatic about the choices I mad. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. The restaurant is very nice. However, it was FREEZING in the back corner - to the point that we could not really even enjoy our meal. There was no compensation for the fact that it was freezing. We overheard numerous people in that area complaining of how cold it was. All the server kept saying was...well they've been working on the air and heating. Hmmm....maybe don't seat people in the coldest part of the restaurant then. Because it was warmer up front for sure.
We had a group of 10 people seated in a few minutes .service was good 2 people had ribs meat was not falling off bones. Pork chops over cooked and one person steak over done. Very clean venue nice bar to sit at and relax
Service was good. Atmosphere was not great, nothing special. Food was ok at best, baked potato was cold, didn't even melt the cheese on the loaded potato. We went for our anniversary and had it noted in our reservation and didn't even get a happy anniversary said to us and no special dessert offered. Will NOT be back.
Table near kitchen entrance but other tables available. I suspect my wife in wheelchair was reason. Not cool!
Food great but have to give a low score based on service. Server did not come by to check on needs. We ran out of water or any drink, did not receive ordered food but it was on bill. Waiter was unapologetic. Literally had to wave down other servers. A couple were seated next to us and they waited so long for a server they left.
Horrible experience at Keller’s. It was our first time there and I was imagining nicer dining. We were there for New Year’s Eve, had a 7:30 reservation, got sat at our table, and at 7:50 our server still hadn’t come to the table yet. The manager had to step in and help out despite there really not being too many people in the place, and they didn’t seem understaffed. We were disappointed by the food. The soup arrived cold (was a chowder). The risotto was the worst I have ever had. TERRIBLE. Our waitress was sweet but clearly new to the food service industry. My drink from the bar was very weak. My husband enjoyed the salmon. That was the only moderately good thing we ordered. We left half the food on our plates. The waitress didn't even ask if there was a problem since we left so much food. Will not go back.
