It was ok I expected a little better service but it's atmosphere was nice.
We were sat in a corner served by a bartender. Very bad service hardly checked on empty plates not cleared. No real explanation of menu to guests who never been there. Steak was over cooked drinks not refilled when empty. Overall terrible experience for new guests.
The food was good. The service was horrible!!! I eat out all the time and I don’t care how good your food is if you have nasty, rude service, it changes the whole experience. I am a woman of faith so I believe in grace. I was giving her grace all night, but it definitely impacted our experience. I could not believe how me and my guest were being treated. Extremely disappointed. Waited 10 minutes to be seated even with a reservation. 10 min to get water. 10 min to get drinks. Waiter forgot what we ordered. People who arrived after us got food before us. No one ever offered to refill water or get us more drinks. Side dish was wrong. Menu choices were not very good and the waitress started out good, then it went downhill after that. She got our drink order, food order then never returned until it was time for the bill. Very poor service!
Menu is very pricing and wait staff was rude. We ordered a steak medium well and it was completely pink inside and waitress had an attitude because we sent it back.
Most likely the worst food and service we have ever experienced. Do not order a steak here. The “cooks” do not know the difference between rare and medium well. Horrible food.

We made reservations for 7:00 pm on New Years Eve. We wanted to "stay in" so we could enjoy ourselves without worry. Waited in line at the hostess desk for 15 minutes after our reservation time. Hostess told us kitchen was behind and told us we would be waiting until the kitchen caught up. We understand that things get busy but we can see an empty table and asked to be seated.
