Ordered lobster tails for $55.00. They were the size of small langoustines and relatively tasteless. I have eaten here many, many times and is the first real misfire on a meal I experienced.

This was the worst OVERALL dining experience that I have ever had. We had a party of 8 for dinner. It took our table 15 min. to even get our 1st drink order. Our appetizer came before our dinks did. Our waitress NEVER came to our table to check on us. She was only there to drop something off and leave. When we finally recieved the drinks we ordered, we had to stop her from leaving so that we could order food, which we also ordered another round of drinks. Waited an hour for the appetizer that came just a few minutes before the dinner. Artichoke dip wasn't done. Tasted like straight cream cheese. Dinner was barely warm. Prime rib tasted like roast and was overcooked for what I wanted. Server kept forgetting things and kept apologizing.

Visited on Sunday evening 845pm only 3 other tables dining at that time. When waiter came I proceeded to ask him what grade the meat is. He had no idea what I was talking about. I’m sorry but if you work at a so called Steak House this is something you should know on every cut of meat sold. I opt d for the filet it was ok. Definitely not anything special but was edible. The pictures on the website are very deceiving it looks like a high upscale restaurant when basically it was no better if not worse than a buffet area

Food was complete under cooked. Wife and I asked for medium steak and it came out rare as could be. Server was very polite, however the hostess was absolutely rude. The food is the reason I will never visit ever again.

We always enjoyed the Buffet at the Isle, but it is no longer there. My next choice would be the Buffet at Jumers.
