"awesome" my 2009 versa had a recall for the airbag and I was treated as though I just purchased a new car. the service dept was awesome and we were done within the amount of time stated when we got there.'When I am in the market for a new car I will definitely be back

Ganley Nissan is not too distant from my home, so it is convenient - as are many establishments that offer oil changes and tire rotations in a reasonably priced package. However, I like the advantage of going to the dealership to keep my Altima's service on schedule and to mitigate any potential problems related to recalls. "Customer service outstanding" I made an appointment because I could not get heat in my Rogue. Two days of this before I could get in. In my trip to Ganley, naturally my Rogue started blowing out heat. Vince said let us look at it and see if we can find out why that happened. Unfortunately they could not find anything wrong so Vince stated no matter where I am at if it happens again, call me and I will send a driver to your location so we can get the car in to find the problem. That's customer service with an ACE.
