"Warranty Repair" Gigh & Vincent promptly took care of the warranty issue They made sure all my concerns were handled. Vincent made available loaner car to use during the repair.

"Fast and friendly service; in and out within about an hour" Called to schedule and service dept said just to come in and ask for (2) techs by name. They changed out my brake fluid in about an hour and with the one to one points basically paid half of the quoted work. Work done at 6pm at night and a car wash.

"Fast, friendly and still very professional and thorough" I was greeted politely, I was given an explanation of the process, and I was escorted to the lounge. My car was inspected and I had an explanation and actually shown my dirty air filter, with recommendations from the mechanic, but he was not pushy, it was my decision to go ahead and replace the filters. I was given a full explanation of many points in the inspection process and a plan for my next visit. My only complaint would be the female bathroom. I do not apprecia... read more
