"Nissan Consumer affairs" Service was very professional. I believe they attempted all that they could to fix the issue. I believe that when Nissan's engineer got involved, nothing more was allowed to get done. Because the problem still exists.

"Service review" I made a 4 pm appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation. I was there well over an hour. Felt that was a little bit long for the service I required. Possibly you need to hire more help.

"Tire rotation and recall" I worked with Nick in Service - I dropped my car off and told him they had all day because I wasn't in a hurry and went back home - half an hour later he called and everything was completed!
