"Quick appointment" I called looking to make an appointment, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could get in immediately. The car was taken onto the shop almost immediately and the work was completed quickly.
"quick, easy, to the point. I knew what I wanted, they got it" already covered all the salient pts. in the Title. Car purchasing as it should be; no games, no wasted time!! Worth the drive; did NOT exp. same thing w/dealers closer to home!!

"They did the service in the allotted time frame given." People and service was excellent. Everyone did their job. We will come back to this dealership. They are near to where we live. also don't make this a minimum of words, people won't fill it out in the future.
"Patient Altima " Service department only - A little disappointed made a 12pm appointment ahead and waited over two hours for my car. also, I think maybe your service department would do better if they had coupons for customers to use on oil changes or alignments. Classic Nissan in Streetsboro always does and I found their service to be much more expedient, when I make appointments there. They get you in and out. don’t think I’ll. be back for service. "New car sales " Great to work with. Was very helpful and nice. Went above and beyond to get is into the vehicle we were looking for at the price we wanted.
"Purchasing New Altima" Jimmy was knowledgeable about the Altima and answered all the questions I had. The delivery of the vehicle was good too. I liked the tablet approach, so that I could watch videos or ask Jimmy to show me features on the Altima.
"Great Experience" Everyone who worked with us was very kind and friendly. We never felt rushed or pressured into purchasing something we didn’t love it that was out of our means. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience.
