"They did the service in the allotted time frame given." People and service was excellent. Everyone did their job. We will come back to this dealership. They are near to where we live. also don't make this a minimum of words, people won't fill it out in the future.

"Patient Altima " Service department only - A little disappointed made a 12pm appointment ahead and waited over two hours for my car. also, I think maybe your service department would do better if they had coupons for customers to use on oil changes or alignments.
