"Fast and friendly service; in and out within about an hour" Called to schedule and service dept said just to come in and ask for (2) techs by name. They changed out my brake fluid in about an hour and with the one to one points basically paid half of the quoted work. Work done at 6pm at night and a car wash.

"Fast, friendly and still very professional and thorough" I was greeted politely, I was given an explanation of the process, and I was escorted to the lounge. My car was inspected and I had an explanation and actually shown my dirty air filter, with recommendations from the mechanic, but he was not pushy, it was my decision to go ahead and replace the filters. "Efficient and quick service " Nick, Tigh, Vince and crew are a pleasure to work with for the boring task of servicing the car.. they are friendly and get the job done quickly. Get all service work done at Ken Ganley and recommend other Nissan owners do the same. My daughter who lives in Brecksville, has a Nissan and took her car to someone to repair the air conditioner. They quoted her $1,000 to fix it. She brought it to Ken Ganley in Medina and it was fixed for $200! I trust these guys with my car!
