"Service" Good customer service. Got an appointment right away. Also used the loaner car while my car was in shop. Everything done as requested. Received car back as promised.

"replaced damaged tire in a very timel manner" evidently I had metal in my tire and was advised to replace it because of the site affected- the service representative did show me some of the damaging material

"Tree crushed our truck" During the storms last week, a large tree fell on one of our company pickup trucks, crushing it. I immediately contacted Rick and he found a new 2018 Titan XD equipped as we wanted, and since it was old inventory Nissan offered amazing rebates. Within a couple days our service fleet was back to full strength. Thanks Rick and Amy for another smooth transaction.

"Terrific" Had visited DJ prior to and lent hem know hat I wanted and around the time I wanted it. I also let him know my price range. He delivered all 3 within a couple of weeks. Thorough, fast, and very nice. Was in and out in less than. 2 hours. AWESOME!!!

"great service as always!!" Vince did his usual fantastic job. I drive 30 minutes because I trust the service from these guys and they are friendly & trustworthy. Side bar & not all related to the service department. I had to go back in to do this survey because at the end you now have to create an account with a password associated with my email. Too time consuming! Please remove I’m certain you will now get less responses if it becomes time consuming
