"Stepped up to the plate and made it right. " Some times they get a little too busy service seems disorientated. I’ve been a customer for 10 years. they overall treat more then just a customer. The last visit was a hiccup in communication but the service manager stepped up and made it right. I appreciate the fact that care enough about me as a client and a customer. If something is wrong and they go out of there way to own up or correct it. You have my respect.

"Good maintenance requiers attention to the details." Ganley Nissan mechanics offer maintenance needs, some typical, but many are timely, such as suggesting replacing tie rod ends, to avoiding premature tire ware. function. After having that repair made, the improved driving experience was noticeable with steering and road feel. Thanks again. Steve Fetzer .

"Oil change " My service was performed very timely so I was out of there quickly Thie is the first dealership I have had a positive relationship with and everything and everyone have been great!

"New car " I was very pleased with my car buying experience. Have had some nightmares at other dealerships. They were very efficient. Very personable. I was well informed with the operation of the vehicle before I left.

"Oil change and tire rotation " Had oil changed and tires rotated. My car was run through the wash and as I was getting ready to pay my bill, I was told my battery was replaced with a brand new one. Since my car is still under warranty it was done without asking me. I appreciate the great job the whole service department does when I bring my car in and Nick did an outstanding job for me! I look forward to the continued excellent service I get every time!

"Best service department in the area. " These guys are the best around. They always get you in quickly and address all issues. They have courtesy cars if needed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. AAA service

"Excellent service" I had gotten there a half hour early and they were able to service my Altima right away. All the employees were very pleasant. Very comfortable atmosphere.

"Quick, efficient, courteous." I showed up unannounced near closing time to get a wheel lock removed from my frontier. Not only was my service advisor happy to help, he was prompt, courteous, and professional. Also chatted with the service manager for a little while and was blown away with how personable everyone was. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and they washed my truck for free. Thanks guys!
