"Fast, easy, friendly service for an oil change." I was waited on as soon as I drove into the service area. The waiting lounge was very nice and clean. Free refreshments and snacks were very welcomed. Most importantly was the way I was treated by my service advisor, Nick Bena. My free oil change promotion had expired last month and I was unaware of that. Nick advised me of this after my car was serviced. "Great customer service!" I started my journey online at Nissanusa.com. upon searching the inventory for the vehicle I wanted Ken Ganley was the closest to my location (93 miles away). I reached online a Judy helped through the process of applying online, where Bryon picked up and ran with my deal. Finance manager Tony wrapped up by deal within a hour.
