"Understanding" Most sales people are pushy and don't really listen to the customer. Felix my sales person was awesome he listened to my wife and I and was so helpful with what we were looking for and our budget. I was so happy with how he was able to work with us and I enjoyed working with him.

Rose is an awesome person. I've been leasing with Rose since 2012 and she has helped to get the best deals ever. 3rd time leasing and I was undecided but Rose reminded me how great Nissan has been to me and how thorough, loyal, understanding and attentive to my needs she has been over the years. Rose was super awesome to work with. She helped me, a broke graduate student on a budget, pick the perfect car to lease. She got everything that I wanted/needed and was so helpful. She's a genuine person, you don't feel like they're just trying to make a sale like you do at some car places.
