"GREAT SALES AND SERVICE" Rose, my salesman, did a fantastic job presenting all the literature and everything else that goes into a sales process. She has always helped me get into the right car. She truly cares about the customer and always takes care of you. I will keep coming back to her because she is excellent at what she does.

"Met my needs" Have leased 5 Rogue and Murano's thru Ken Ganlley in Medina. Also leased 2 Murano's from Rose when she was at Tri-City in Akron. Latest vehicle a month ago I bought a used Rogue from Rose at Ken Ganley to suit my present needs.. As far as Rose is your employee in Medina I will be a customer. Service department is excellent.

"Fast, efficient service" Always receive fast but thorough service for all my vehicles. The service department and the master mechanics like Shane Himmel are top notch and on their game! When I leave there my cars are running like champs and the exterior is nice and clean from the dealership car wash. The $39.99 synthetic oil change special is the best around!

"Good oil change & tire rotation " Everything was good, I was there over an hour and a half, a little long but it was fine. They used to half a plan when you bought a new vehicle you received free oil changes for a year, that as really nice.
