"Amazing purchase " Greeted by Felix outside of dealership which was a nice first impression in regards to customer service. Friendly and good at building rapport with client. Knowledge of the car could have been better. Car sold itself more less. "Great "Last Minute" Experience" We were shopping at another dealership in Twinsburg area and saw a cheaper car of the same make and model on line at Ken Ganley. We called up Ganley and got Rose. We arrived 15 before closing and I knew they would rush us out of there but Rose took a lot of time with us and she and the other workers stay way past closing time. "Turned in our 2015 Altima and leased a new 2018 Rogue" As we all know get the new car can be an exhausting ordeal. Rose at Ganley Nissan was very well prepared with all the information and options we were looking for in the Rogue. And I must add this was the first time in our last five leases was the Leasing Manager so well prepared.
