"Comfortable Experience for a 1st Time Buyer" I had recently visited another dealership to look at a similar car and the customer service was terrible and I left without even considering going back. As soon as I walked into Ganley Nissan everyone was smiling and was promptly greeted by Brian my Sales rep. He was super knowledgeable and instantly made me feel comfortable. I didn't have a second thought about buying from him after my test drive.

"Knowledge" So at this visit we were told we need the brakes done as soon as possible but nothing was even said during the visit before. I have all my work done there and they do that multi point inspection every time. Knowledge is power.

"The service department is always great to work with." They listen to your concerns and address them immediately. Staff friendly and always helpful. Great waiting area. I love the free car washes. This service department is a big reason I came back for my second Rogue.

"Driving Aids " My 2019 lease had no driving aid working. So when I brought my car into the service dept they took it right back and replaced it quickly and I was on my way. This dealership makes you feel comfortable for whatever reason you go in for. Great people.

"Painless and stress free." The Sales person was knowledgeable and very polite, the Finance Manager was excellent. Never felt like I was being "sold", rather they laid out my best options.

"Good and fast service" It was a good and fast service. The staff were friendly. The slightly high price was the only concern. I have used the car for a few days now after replacing the faulty part and so far I do not have any problem. It seems the service staff did a good job to find a fault part (Stop lamp switch) and replace it. Thanks,

"Leased a new truck Straight forward" Excellent experience leasing a new frontier. Sales people listened and we're very helpful getting us out of old lease. Would shop there again next time
