Vincent Vecterilis scheduled it. When I arrived Mike McNeeley came right over to my car and said they would take care of everything. Mike reviewed the work that was done on my car and it had it washed and ready to go. Mike and Vince always call me by my first name and I feel confident that they will make sure my car is well maintained.
