"Went in for a oil change and have a noise checked. They..." Went in for a oil change and have a noise checked. They changed the oil and spent awhile looking for the noise. Could not find but a service man went for a ride with me, heard sounds and took back to the shop and solved the problem. Great job.

"Ken Ganley Nissan has it all!" Although I did not purchase my Murano at Ken Ganley, when we moved to Medina I wanted to find the closest Nissan dealer to our new home. That was in 2013. They have an excellent service department and never pressure you into what you don't need. This year 2020 I purchased my next Murano from them because I knew that for the last 7 years they have taken such good care of my car. Once I started going to the Service Department, I was sold on this location. The personnel were there to answer any and all of my questions and concerns.
