I didn't have an appointment, yet the Service Dept was able to get my car in to have new wiper blades, front and back, put on and they had the car washed. I was there less than 1/2 an hour. Overall I am extremely happy with the vehicle and would definitely recommend this Nissan dealership over others in the area.
