"Great Service and Excellence Personality " I had a problem getting hot air in my Rogue. Stopped in to see if something was not working. By the time I got there, I had hot air, They checked the system and could not find anything wrong. Three days later I call service, talked to Vince and told him I had no hot air again and he asked me to bring the car in as soon a possible to have it looked at again.
