Would not go there again. Bathroom was horrible. Only 4x8! Only one person could fit in at a time. Sink was located outside of bathroom. Back door was unlockable! Toitletries were non-existent except for one bar of soap which had to be the cheapest one they could find. Ceiling and walls were paper thin allowing noise from others. Wi-Fi was free but had poor data throughput. TV cabinet was poor and only allowed one person to see the TV. Price before season was way too high for this place! Beds were comfortable. Would not stay again. You get what you pay for No hot water. Very uncomfortable bed. Ants in kitchen and bathroom. All windows frosted so you couldn’t see out (odd) and yet they let in way too much light (bright lights at night outside near bedroom) Couch uncomfortable and pillows smelled like cigarettes. It was very spacious and clean (except for the ants) and I loved that our dogs could come with us. Great spot in Montauk. Pricing was ok
Terrible I saw fleas on towels in bathroom you can get any sunlight in room because frosted windows reallly!big tv but you can only see from 1 bed because of cabinet I could t wait to leave
Horrid Only thing would have been to book somewhere else after ignoring teviews on Booking.com Poor location facing the back of the marina filled with junk. Far from town and secent beaches, shopping & restaurants. Building a 50’s era motel in poor shape. Balcony overlooking the parking lot but no decent views anyway. Front of room faced a pool partially filled with filthy water. I cannot understand other reviews unless maybe 20 years old. Should be prices at half the cost of my “premium” room!
