The staff was great and the accommodations were very clean It wasn’t right on the beach It was a block from food drink and shopping

Exceptional We love the location, close to all of the restaurants and nice walk to shops at Gossmans. Also sunset beach is around the corner! The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before and will again for sure. We love Montauk and this is what it's all about.
Fantastic place and location with fantastic decor. Some of the fittings and things in the rooms were a little old and worn. You can tell that the place hasn't seen a refurbishment in quite some time but honestly it's a really minor complaint to an overall fantastic stay. I loved the decor of the place! The selection of antiques dotted around the place was fantastic as was the garden gazeebo with water fountains etc. I can tell that the owner has a keen eye for this kind of thing.
