Great experience with people who cared
Loan officer unhelpful Gave wrong information, calculated the loan at least four times, gave the wrong wire amount, miss calculated fees, did not keep in contact with the title company, lied about information he gave but an email and text proved he was lying. If not for the incentive I would not have used Nest. Kevin Sullivan was responsible for this horrible experience
Kevin was responsive, always very helpful, and explained the process well. When the interest rates started shooting up, I was a bit frustrated the builder kept saying "no" to locking our rate, but we finally got it locked in August. I realize Kevin and his team were doing their best in the rapidly changing loan environment.
