Everything went smooth. Everyone at Nest was helpful and easy to get ahold of to answer questions.
Loan officer unhelpful Gave wrong information, calculated the loan at least four times, gave the wrong wire amount, miss calculated fees, did not keep in contact with the title company, lied about information he gave but an email and text proved he was lying. If not for the incentive I would not have used Nest. Kevin Sullivan was responsible for this horrible experience
