Kim and team were absolutely wonderful to work with. I was consistently up to date on the status of the process and everything was explained in great detail. My relocation from New York to North Carolina went extremely smoothly thanks to the work Kim and the OVM team did to ensure my home loan was properly arranged.
Working with Kim was so simple! Everything was taken care of and easy to follow. If there was something I had a question about her or her time answered my question immediately. That’s everything I could ask for, especially working with her while I was deployed.
