This is the third time we have worked with Kim, and we have never been delayed and always closed on time. The friendly relationship and exceptional response time is a major perk. She also works with a great team.
Ms. Evers was responsive and informative. I got answers to any questions I had the same day, no matter the time. When I thought we hit a road block, Ms. Evers helped with a solution. I have never done this before and she made this so easy. I cannot stress this enough. If I would have known her years ago I would have bought a home sooner, but I never had any guidance. She provided this along with suggesting us to our wonderful Realtor.
