I talked to Kristy Ruhkala of Big Valley Mortgage and got the ball rolling after a few questions and me gathering some documents that Mrs. Ruhkala needed to get started on my refinance. She also emailed me to give me a list of the documents she would need which was very helpful. So I am free of the bank I was dealing with which was a nightmare.
