Kristy and I go back to 2007. She got my husband and I pre-approved to approved on our first loan. When it came time to do a streamline refi again Kristy got us our streamline refi. A couple years ago we tried to do another streamline to lower the cost and interest, Kristy was very honest that it would not benefit us at the time and that we should try again in a couple years.
